Main Process of Plantain Flour Processing:

Drying: The plantain slices enter the dryer for dehydration. Drying is a core step in plantain flour processing. Using a hot air circulation dryer effectively removes moisture from the plantain slices while maximizing the preservation of the plantain's color, aroma, and nutrients.
Grinding: Dried plantain slice are fed into a grinder to produce a uniform and fine plantain flour.
Packaging: The ground plantain flour is packaged in fixed quantities using an automatic packaging machine. Moisture- and oxidation-resistant packaging materials are used to ensure product quality and shelf life.
