The NFC pineapple juice processing machine is an automated pineapple processing system designed specifically for the production of high-quality "non-concentrated reconstituted" pineapple juice (NFC Pineapple Juice). 1. Bubble cleaning

Freshly picked pineapples need to be initially selected, peeled and cored before entering the bubble cleaning machine. Through multiple methods such as bubble tumbling and water flushing, surface impurities are effectively removed to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pineapple.

2. Juicing and pulping

After crushing, the fruit enters the juicing machine for juice and residue separation. Depending on product requirements, you can choose screens with different filtering fineness to control the pulp content in the juice.

3. Degassing

To prevent oxidation, improve taste and extend shelf life, the squeezed pineapple juice will enter the vacuum degassing equipment. The degassing process can effectively remove dissolved oxygen and some bubbles in the juice, helping to maintain the stability of color and flavor.

4. Pasteurization

Pineapple juice needs to be sterilized at low temperature (usually kept at around 85°C for 30 to 90 seconds) in a pasteurizer. This step can effectively kill harmful microorganisms without causing significant damage to the nutritional content and natural flavor of the juice. It is one of the key links in the pineapple juice processing machine.

5. Filling

After sterilization, the pineapple juice immediately enters the aseptic filling system. Common packaging forms include glass bottles, PET bottles, Tetra Pak, etc. In order to ensure quality, the entire filling process must be carried out in a clean environment to avoid secondary contamination.
