The working process is as follows:
The motor drives the rotor on the spline shaft to rotate at a high speed through the belt.
Mango enters into the mango pulping machine body from the inlet, and the pulp leaf pushes it spirally into the area of the pulping bar.
Under the impact and friction of the pulping bar, the mango is sufficiently crushed.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the pulp passes through the holes on the sieve net and enters into the next process.
The kernel and the dregs are discharged from the outlet to achieve the pulp and dregs separation automatically.
The aperture of the screen can be changed according to the size of the mango kernel and the processing demand, to ensure the best balance between the pulp rate and the effect of kernel removal.
