Apple Juice Production Process:

Sorting: Freshly harvested apples are sorted manually or automatically before entering the juice manufacturing line to remove rotten, diseased, and pest-infested apples, as well as those that do not meet processing standards, to ensure the quality of the raw materials.
Cleaning: After sorting, the apples first enter a brush and air bubble cleaning machine. This combines air bubbles with brush friction to effectively remove dirt, pesticide residue, and impurities from the surface of the peel. Crushing: Cleaned apples enter a crusher, where whole apples are broken into granules for subsequent enzyme inactivation and pressing.
