Recently, our company successfully delivered and commissioned a fully automated cashew roasting, flavoring, and packaging line for a Vietnamese client. The project has now completed installation, commissioning, and trial production, and has entered a stable operational phase.
As one of the world's main cashew producers, Vietnam has long focused primarily on exporting minimally processed products, with a low proportion of value-added goods. This collaboration with GELGOOG marks a significant step forward for the client in extending its cashew industry chain. Leveraging the region's abundant raw material resources and combining them with GELGOOG's extensive expertise in automated equipment and food processing technology, both parties are jointly driving the transformation of cashew processing from “primary processing” to “deep processing and refined processing.”
This cashew nut processing line not only achieves full automation from baking to cooling, seasoning to packaging, but also incorporates diverse process innovations. Through flexible seasoning solutions, it enables batch production of cashew products in various flavors—such as honey and mustard—to better meet today's consumers' demand for a diversified, healthier, and more personalized snack market. During trial production, both the product's texture and quality received high recognition from clients.

This approach achieves reduced energy consumption and enhanced product quality.
