1. Onion peeling machine: It adopts pneumatic peeling technology, which is efficient and fast, avoids human damage, and maintains the integrity of onions.

2. Onion cutting machine: Different knife heads can be configured according to customer needs, which are used for cutting circles, shreds, dices, etc. The cutting size is accurate and consistent, which is convenient for the uniform maturity of subsequent frying.

3. Cleaning equipment: Clean impurities and surface mucus in onions to improve product hygiene and safety.
4. Coating system (optional): Some fried onion products require surface coating to increase flavor or crispness. It can be matched with a coating machine to achieve uniform powder coating.
5. Frying machine (core equipment): The continuous fryer is the core of the entire fried onion production line. It adopts an automatic temperature control system to ensure that the oil temperature is stable at the optimal frying temperature (such as 160-180℃), ensuring uniform frying effect and golden product color.

Deoiling machine: After frying, it needs to pass through a centrifugal deoiling device or a vibration deoiling device to reduce the oil content of the finished product, improve the taste and extend the shelf life.
High degree of automation: The production line can realize continuous production and reduce labor costs.
Easy to clean and maintain: All parts in contact with onions are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and meets food-grade hygiene standards.
