Biscuit Manufacturing Process:
- Mixing: Add flour, oil, eggs and other raw materials into the dough mixer in proportion and mix them into a uniform dough to ensure the uniform taste of the biscuits.
- Dividing the dough: Divide the dough into equal parts to facilitate subsequent processing and reduce waste.
- Pressing: Repeatedly roll the dough to reach the required thickness, and make the dough surface smoother through the multi-roller structure.
- Molding: Cut the pressed dough into the required shape, such as round, oval, animal, etc., and support multiple mold replacement.
- Baking: The biscuit embryo is evenly baked in a hot air circulation oven with adjustable temperature to ensure that the biscuits are crispy and golden in color.
- Oil spraying: Spray oil evenly on the surface of the biscuits to improve the taste and shelf life of the biscuits.
- Packaging: Finally, the fully automatic packaging machine is used for counting, bagging, sealing and other operations. It can be equipped with date coding equipment to achieve contactless packaging.
